Enrique Gil will be one of Julia Barretto’s leading men in her upcoming launching teleserye, Mira Bella. Sam Concepcion will be her other leading man. Taping has begun for the fantaserye which is slated to air in 2014 on the Kapamilya network’s primetime block. It will be the first time for the three young actors to work together in a series.

Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis took to micro-blogging site Twitter to confirm reports that she made a scene, shouted at and slapped fellow celebrities Phoemela Barranda and John Lloyd Cruz in a bar at The Fort Strip in Bonifacio Global City in the early morning of November 23. In a series of tweets, Anne explained that she had too many drinks during the bachelorette party of her friend which led to her inappropriate behavior.
The It’s Showtime host also said that she immediately apologized to all parties concerned and was forgiven. She added that she has learned a lot from the incident including drinking in moderation. Read more

The project would have been Dawn’s much awaited big screen reunion with former reel and real love team, Richard Gomez. Actress-host Judy Ann Santos is reportedly leaving her new Kapamilya game show, Bet On Your Baby, due to medical reasons. The unconfirmed reports broke a few days before Judy Ann’s husband, Ryan Agoncillo’s game show, Picture! Picture!, premiered on rival network GMA last Saturday.
