She trained in several acting workshops with Star Magic and signed with ABS-CBN. In 2009, Reyes won the "Best New Female TV Personality" Award for the PMPC Star Awards for TV. In the same year, she was also nominated for "Best New Actress" for the movie, "And I Love You So." Reyes played a creepy role in the 2010-2011 Supernatural Thriller Imortal as Samantha "Sam" Imperial.
She is a daughter of Emilio and Ceferina Reyes. Reyes graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and from University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and passed the medical board exams in 2008. She is currently a general practitioner. She won Best Actress in the 2011 Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival.
