Ara Cristine Pascual Reyes, more popularly known as Cristine Reyes, was born on February 5, 1989 in Marikina City, Metro Manila. She is a younger sister to sexy starlet Ara Mina and entered showbusiness via the reality TV show Starstruck on GMA-7. She later on signed up as a talent of the Kapuso network, starring in bit roles in the station's ho-hum productions.

Her performance on Kapamilya network's television shows such as Kahit Isang Saglit (which starred Jericho Rosales and Carmen Soo) and Banana Split (where she showed her comedic talents together with Pokwang, Angelica Panganiban, Zanjo Marudo, etc.) turned her into a household name. Cristine has definitely moved on from being just Ara Mina's younger sister and has made a name for herself. In fact, she has become more popular and famous than her older sister.
